I had a CRAVING last night....
Original Nestlé Toll House Chocolate Chip Cookies
2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup (2 sticks) butter, softened
3/4 cup granulated sugar
3/4 cup packed brown sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 large eggs
2 cups (12-oz. pkg.) NESTLÉ® TOLL HOUSE® Semi-Sweet Chocolate Morsels
1 cup chopped nuts
Directions:
PREHEAT oven to 375° F.
COMBINE flour, baking soda and salt in small bowl. Beat butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar and vanilla extract in large mixer bowl until creamy. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Gradually beat in flour mixture. Stir in morsels and nuts. Drop by rounded tablespoon onto ungreased baking sheets.
BAKE for 9 to 11 minutes or until golden brown. Cool on baking sheets for 2 minutes; remove to wire racks to cool completely.

Hey so I was thinking I want to go visit Kasey in April. I hope you are reading this Kasey because I really want to come up sometime the last week in April. I was thinking of flying, but thought it might be fun if you and Olive drove up with me. It would just be for a couple of days. We could either leave Wednesday night, (not a big fan of that plan) or leave Thursday morning and come back Saturday evening. What do you think? If not, I will just fly. Kasey, how does this sound? Shawna, how does this sound?
SOOO good! My mouth is watering! A fun tip to try. Try using the crisco butter. It shakes it up a bit and they are so good with it. You might like it!

Thank you for the recipe. They were so good. However, please check your email for an update on how my cookies turned out. They just look a little different from the picture you have posted. Remember how I was looking for a "not so flat" cookie. Keep that in mind when you check your email.
